American Mule

An iconic drink made with spicy ginger beer, American made vodka, and the juice of a lime. While often served in a copper mug, it’s just as delicious in a highball glass.

1 ½ oz Your favorite vodka

5 oz Q Ginger Beer

Lime Wedges

Method

Fill a highball glass or copper mug with ice. Pour in the vodka and squeeze in a lime, leaving the lime wedge in the glass. Pour in the Q Ginger Beer and gently stir.

Add a spicy salt rim by mixing salt and jalapeno. Run a lime along the rim of a highball glass, then dip the rim into the salt mixture. For a smokier drink try mezcal rather than tequila. A tiny splash of agave is a fun way to add some sweetness
