Tony’s Mediterranean Mule
A citrusy twist on the classic Moscow Mule with the addition of Citrus Vodka and lemon juice. The subtle bitter notes from the Aperol balance out the spiciness of the Q Hibiscus Ginger Beer for a visually striking and incredibly refreshing cocktail.
Ingredients
1 ½ oz Citrus Vodka
½ oz Aperol
¼ oz Lemon Juice
Slice of lemon and sprig of mint for garnish
Method
Fill a highball glass or copper mug with ice. Pour in the vodka, Aperol, and squeeze in the lemon juice. Then pour in the Q Hibiscus Ginger Beer and gently stir. Garnish with a slice of lemon and the sprig of mint.
PRO TIP
Add a spicy salt rim by mixing salt and jalapeno. Run a lime along the rim of a highball glass, then dip the rim into the salt mixture. For a smokier drink try mezcal rather than tequila. A tiny splash of agave is a fun way to add some sweetness
