Sparkling Greyhound

The Sparkling Greyhound mixes vodka with Q Sparkling Grapefruit for a refreshing cocktail with a lovely citrus finish.

Ingredients

1½ oz your favorite vodka

1 Lime Wedge

Grapefruit Peel

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in the vodka and squeeze in the lime, leaving the lime wedge in the glass. Then pour in the Q Sparkling Grapefruit, garnish with the grapefruit peel and gently stir.

PRO TIP

Add a spicy salt rim by mixing salt and jalapeno. Run a lime along the rim of a highball glass, then dip the rim into the salt mixture. For a smokier drink try mezcal rather than tequila. A tiny splash of agave is a fun way to add some sweetness
