1 oz Campari

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

4 oz Q Club Soda

Method

Pour ingredients in the above order into an ice filled highball glass. Stir gently (so you don’t lose too much fizz) and garnish with an orange peel.

Add a spicy salt rim by mixing salt and jalapeno. Run a lime along the rim of a highball glass, then dip the rim into the salt mixture. For a smokier drink try mezcal rather than tequila. A tiny splash of agave is a fun way to add some sweetness
